The Visitor Registration System, or VRS, is a cloud based visitor registration and management system, enabling site attendee to self-register their entry and exit via an iPad. The information is time/date stamped and uploaded, real-time, to secure cloud-based servers, from which reports can be viewed and exported via the VRS administration Portal.
No longer is there a need to administer hand written sign-in books …in the case of an emergency, simply access the VRS Portal, via any internet enabled device, and view current site attendees.
